Commencement
of works
Having
received written authorisation from the loss adjusters,
claims handlers or clients to proceed with the proposed
rectification works, we arrange a mutually convenient
start date. An ADH project manager will issue an
introductory letter to the client and the schedule
of works is discussed and agreed prior to commencement.
Upon completion of works, a customer satisfaction
form is presented to the client to formally sign
off the works. Guarantee
Any defects, excessive shrinkage
or other faults to the works which appear within
twelve months from the date of issue of the signed
Completion Note, and are due to defective materials
or workmanship, shall be made good by ADH, as
the contractor, entirely at our own cost. |
