Initial communication with
client
We contact our clients within two hours of receipt
of notification of loss. We provide a verbal introduction
of our company, explaining our process and arrange
a mutually convenient inspection date within two
working days of notification.
Surveyor's inspection
visit
The purpose of the surveyor's visit is to ascertain
the extent of the damage; compile a portfolio
of digital photographs for onward transmission
to insurers; issue a report on the cause of damage
and prepare a schedule of works or alternatively
review the schedule if the scope has already been
prepared by the loss adjuster, architect or client.
At this point, we will discuss further procedures
with the policyholder and answer any queries or
concerns they may have as far as is possible within
the remit provided by the individual insurers
or claims handling schemes. |
