These terms exist for the guidance
and clarification of both parties, please read them
carefully. Before we commence works we would respectfully
ask you to observe our terms of business. These
terms will remain valid and binding against all
work undertaken by ADH on your behalf, until further
notice. The appointment
of ADH to carry out works on your behalf following
receipt of written instructions, indicates your
full acceptance of these terms. If you do not
accept these terms fully the onus is upon yourselves
to advise ADH prior to commencement of work. Your
failure to do so will be taken as full acceptance
of these terms. This document and its terms, once
agreed by you are binding and may only be varied
in writing and a duly authorised representative
of ADH and the client must sign any variation.
Each order or additional requirement issued by
the client will be subject to these terms of business.
The prices estimated against
measured or unmeasured areas, which are found
to be greater or lesser after re-measurement shall
be amended accordingly taking into account the
nature of work, materials and workmanship involved.
