Unless otherwise agreed, the stated cost will not
include additions and changes arising to the scope
of works originally agreed in ADH’s estimate
by the client. Any such additions and changes involving
additional input from ADH will be charged as an
extra. The cost of any necessary goods or services
required to complete works in a professional manner
but not specified in the original estimate shall
be met by the client, as will any additional sundry
costs.
All estimated costs will be additionally subject
to VAT. Estimates are valid for two months from
the date of issue. In the event of cancellation
the client is responsible for meeting ADH’s
costs to the point of cancellation.
Our payment terms are strictly thirty days from
the date of invoice.
On projects which may be ongoing for more than
one calendar month we will issue, and the client
shall accept and pay in full in thirty days, an
interim invoice for work completed to date at
the end of each calendar month and not a total
cost invoice at completion of the whole project.
ADH reserves the right to halt the progress of
projects where the client does not pay promptly.
