All areas to be worked on are to be free from all
other trades, materials, equipment and furniture.
Any delays caused will be charged accordingly on
an hourly basis per man of £40.00/hr + VAT.
ADH reserve the right to reschedule start dates
in the event of a job overrunning and will advise
the client at least 24 hours in advance.
Unless ADH receives client objections in writing
within seven days of delivery of goods/services
it will be assumed that the goods/services supplied
have been deemed acceptable by the client. The
client will then meet the cost of the goods/services.
Materials are offered subject to availability.
ADH agrees to make every effort to ensure that
the clients’ time scales for delivery/completion
of works are fully met. However, ADH cannot be
held responsible for the acts or omissions of
third party suppliers or delivery agents. ADH
will not be held responsible for failures in this
respect or for relating costs or consequential
loss to the client.
