ADH is not liable for any failure to perform any
of its obligations due to force majeure (meaning
fire, explosion, flood, lightning, act of god, act
of terrorism, war, rebellion, riot, sabotage, or
official strike or similar official labour dispute).
In any of these circumstances ADH shall be allowed
a reasonable extension of time for the performance
of its obligations.
Provided that ADH shall use all reasonable endeavours
to fulfil its obligations to the client in respect
of each order in no circumstances will ADH be
liable for any loss of profit, business, contracts,
revenues or anticipated savings, or for any special,
indirect or consequential loss of any nature.
The liability of ADH to the client in respect
of each order shall be limited to the price estimate
given by ADH in respect of that order.
Defects due to faulty materials supplied by ADH
or workmanship will be corrected free of charge
within a 12 month period from the date of completion.
No guarantee is given against materials supplied
by others and installed only by ADH. All guarantees
are invalid where sums due remain outstanding.
